1. The symptom checks and visit-timing guidance Mairi provides are not medical diagnoses or treatments — they are reference information only.

2. Instructions from physicians, pharmacists, and nurses always take precedence over information provided by the Service.

3. Call 119 or visit the nearest emergency department for any acute condition (in Japan).

4. AI output may contain errors. Consult a physician for any important medical decision.

5. Do not stop taking prescribed medication based on information from this Service.

6. Mairi is not a medical device (not SaMD under Japan’s PMD Act).

7. Only licensed physicians may “treat”, “prescribe”, or “diagnose”. Mairi provides only symptom check, visit-timing guidance, and PHR storage.

8. Do not use the Service in life-threatening or emergency situations. Call 119 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

9. The Service is not a substitute for a physician or other healthcare professional.
